If you are unfortunate enough to need medical help, making a claim is a fast and smooth process. Our medical assistance provider is on hand 24/7 to assist with pre-authorising routine or emergency medical treatment in hospital.
We also have an in-house claims team that can assist with your out-of-pocket expenses. We reimburse most claims within 3-5 working days to ensure you’re not waiting weeks for your refund.
Applying for cover
It’s quick and easy to apply, with no medical questionnaires required (if you are under the age of 65 years). Your premiums can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
